Before confirming a project, we review documentation, geometry and required tolerances. Critical features and the inspection scope are agreed so that customer requirements remain clear from the first quotation to delivery.

DOCUMENTATION REVIEW

2D drawings, 3D models, STEP and PDF. We review geometry, tolerances, material and critical component features.

MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY

We agree the manufacturing approach with geometry, quality and cost in mind. Proposed documentation changes are submitted for approval before production starts.

QUALITY INSPECTION

Inspection of critical dimensions and conformity with the agreed scope. Any additional quality documentation is agreed before manufacture.
